Delivery Areas
Pollen currently offers delivery services across JP Nagar & Jayanagar, Bangalore, and surrounding areas. For deliveries outside these zones, please contact us directly.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 8:30 PM IST are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next day.
- Express Delivery: Available for select products and locations, offering delivery within 2-4 hours. Please check product details for availability.
- Our general delivery hours are 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery address and the total order value. You will see the exact delivery fee at the checkout page before confirming your order.
Special Instructions
You can add special delivery instructions during the checkout process (e.g., gate code, leave with concierge). We will do our best to accommodate these requests.
